IGK Isolierglasklebstoffe GmbH was founded in 1988 and specializes in the development and manufacture of modern adhesives and sealants for the insulating glass industry.
In 2001, we launched the first mercury-free polyurethane on the market, long before an EU directive banned the use of mercury-containing catalyzers in polyurethane systems from 2017. This innovation made us the market leader for PU-based secondary sealants in Europe and was a milestone for the entire industry.
