Polysulfide edge sealant
IGK 311 was developed as a solvent-free, polysulphide-based two-component sealant for use in multi-pane insulating glass. It is characterized by a low water vapour and gas diffusion rate. IGK 311 can be used in the manufacture of commercially available insulating glass units both in automated dispensing machines and in manual systems. IGK 311 shows excellent adhesion to all common substrates such as glass, aluminum, steel and plastics.
