IGK 130

Polyurethane edge sealant

IGK 130 was specially developed as a solvent-free two-component secondary sealant for insulating glass units. It has been free of mercury-containing catalysers since 2001. The perfect combination of flexibility and adhesive strength combined with very low water vapour and gas permeability ensures an extremely durable edge seal.

Thanks to its particularly long mixer service life, IGK 130 reduces the number of cleaning intervals and minimises rinsing losses during ongoing production. This facilitates both processing with automatic application systems and manual sealing.

IGK 130 is processed on glass and spacers in accordance with current guidelines without primer. IGK offers component B in both paste and liquid form.
