Adhesion tester
A simple test method for secondary sealants is the static loading of test specimens. This type of adhesion test is specified in EN 1279-6:2018 with a load of 0.3 N/mm².
We have developed the IGK 980 adhesion tester for this purpose. It maps the corresponding force for spacers of different widths. This means that time-dependent tests can be carried out by simply attaching secondary sealant test specimens.
