Polysulfide edge sealant
IGK 311 was developed as a solvent-free, two-component polysulfide-based sealant for use in multi-pane insulating glass. It is characterized by its low water vapor and gas diffusion rate.
The production of commercially available insulating glass units can be carried out with IGK 311 in automated dosing machines as well as on manual systems. IGK 311 shows excellent adhesion to all common substrates, such as glass, aluminum, steel and plastics.
